Reach a huge score of 120,000 for a third 1up.
Restrained Warrior
Finish any stage (except Stage 1) as Trevor, without powering up his whip.
Plucky Pirate
Finish any stage completely as Grant.
Mighty Magician
Finish any stage completely as Sypha.
Vicious Vampire
Finish any stage completely as Alucard.
Mirror of Fate
Defeat the Doppleganger with Trevor alone.
Heart of Fire
Defeat all three bosses at the end of Stage 7 (either path) as Grant.
Mana Efficiency
Finish any stage completely as Sypha… without picking up a single spellbook or stopwatch.

Defeat both forms of Death using Alucard alone.
